There's a pickleball place called Chicken and Pickle, I was told they have the BEST fried pickles ever. I said, "that's like bragging that you took the best dump ever into your shoes and then wore them."
Anyway, people convinced me they were worth trying. I finally caved, and I was surprised! The breading was insanely crispy and impressively seasoned, the pickle slices weren't too thick, so they didn't get too hot. And when you ate the whole fried pickle chip, it tasted like someone stuck a dank cum-sock in ranch flavored ranch, and then let the whole thing sit out until it turned sour.
People are entitled to their opinions, but fried pickles seem like they're just objectively bad. Maybe someone can explain why they like fried pickles, but I just don't get it.
Not if you're literally talking about pickled cucumbers. The fruit in the same family as pumpkins that's green, consists primarily of water, and is culinarily considered a vegetable by most.
What is your pickle tolerance? Is it limited by order things? A ratio of other foods? Or are you insatiable? Also is this a... new thing or have you always loved pickles?
