They're just the nozzle, right? I'd say the body attached to it is the printer, and a good fiber diet is the filament

Munkisquisher@lemmy.nz · 14 pts · 11d (2 replies)

Tried installing a 0.4mm nozzle, now I have a hernia from pushing

med@sh.itjust.works · 5 pts · 11d (1 reply)

Were you able to achieve a satisfactory resolution?

Munkisquisher@lemmy.nz · 4 pts · 11d

Yeah, but my setup wobbles too much so the VFAs were terrible. Pressure advance wasn't well tuned either.

neidu3@sh.itjust.works · 27 pts · 11d (1 reply)

Not only that, but you can buy different nozzle shapes for that extra flair.

I feel like I’ve just had too much internet for one day.

mycodesucks@lemmy.world · 18 pts · 11d

What a day to know how to read.

Ronguaki@lemmus.org · 17 pts · 12d (3 replies)

Mine seems to run a little cold, get a lot of layer separation.

markz@suppo.fi · 6 pts · 12d (1 reply)

How many layers can you even coil?

Ronguaki@lemmus.org · 5 pts · 11d

Your question requires testing. I'll get back to you with my fiber and hydration settings

kubica@fedia.io · 3 pts · 11d

You are printing from too far away.

realitista@lemmus.org · 15 pts · 11d

I'd say more extruders but I'll give it to you.

NOT_RICK@lemmy.world · 14 pts · 12d

I’ll never think of the word extruder the same again

TranquilTurbulence@lemmy.zip · 11 pts · 11d

Shitposting without technically shitposting. Well done!

HulkSmashBurgers@reddthat.com · 10 pts · 11d

While you're in the shower don't forget to clean your printer.

LovableSidekick@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 11d

I've never been able to get mine to work over wifi.

SharkAttak@kbin.melroy.org · 8 pts · 11d (3 replies)

And like real 3D printers, some "extruders" are really hot.

surewhynotlem@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 11d (2 replies)

Instructions unclear. How to remove PLA from urethra?

SharkAttak@kbin.melroy.org · 3 pts · 10d

PSA, don't home-make catethers.

LovableSidekick@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 11d

You weren't supposed to do a cold pull.

balsoft@lemmy.ml · 7 pts · 11d (6 replies)

By that definition all printers are also 3D printers.

TrickDacy@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 11d (5 replies)

I don't know about you but I'm not creating a 2 image with my turds.

writing your name in the snow is more fun in brown ink

HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 9d

you got to work with what the devil gave you

cuboc@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 11d

I refer to my wife as a 3D printer. After all, she is the mother to my children.

DarrinBrunner@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 11d

Organic 3D printers.

myyass@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 11d

You know mine became a spray paint can after eating a salad last month.

SiblingNoah@piefed.social · 3 pts · 11d

Don’t you just hate being out and about, need a toilet, and there’s a DRM lock? Why I only support open source Klipper now.

Tooks@piefed.social · 2 pts · 11d

This made my day.
