I wish we could still adjust everything as easily as it once used to be.
I just want access to the entire OS.
I understand why they limit it.
But they should leave an option for users to access it.
I bought a Poco (Xiaomi) earlier this year and it absolutely horrible.
The quick settings menu and the notification shade are separated and there's no way to have them in one view.
It also does this thing where it will wipe anything you don't use for 2 seconds in an effort to conserve energy and memory.
But you're constantly restarting apps that way and using more energy while making it slow to use.
Not to mention you can't fill in forms while switching between apps.
I also don't understand why Google neutered the recents screen ( I know it's been like this for around 10yrs).
What's the point of the recents screen if you can't lock anything in it and you can only see four apps in it.
And the horizontal not even stacked view is annoying as hell.
I wish we had more stylized cartoons today. The majority is the same generic CGI slop now. And they still haven't figured out how to not make the physics look weird.
I smoked for 25 years.
I've been vaping a little over a year now.
I tried vaping around ten years ago too.
Back when it was all coils and whatnot and the vapes broke every month or so.
So I went back to smoking because it was less of a hassle.
I've tried quitting cold turkey, with gum, patches,...
Vaping is by far the easiest since it takes the habitual into account.
I can say without a doubt in my mind from personal experience that vaping is most definitely a lot less worse for your health.
No one should ever start using nicotine! Just like heroin, just don't do it. Not even once.
I don't understand why regulators, in almost all countries, fucked up so terribly with vaping.
They should have been sold in pharmacies only.
Now they want to take away something that helps people to quit smoking. Because of a health crisis they created.
Are you using an external filter? I tried with triple 35mm film and it still showed up like a star shape while it was very easy to look at with my eyes.
The second person singular of "kunnen" (to be able to) is kunt in Dutch.
And that's how after an eon of speaking and reading English, I first noticed "can" doesn't have an infinitive form in English.
No we even have security checks when leaving the premises.
We yearly hear about firings (through the grapevine) because of theft.
You can easily steal 1000s worth in equipment everyday.
Meanwhile my company keeps using NUCs to control 9 live video feeds per NUC.
And when they inevitably keep crashing because of thermal throttling/dust build up after around a year, they just replace them.
Does puncturing through our upper atmosphere during escape have any non insignificant effects?
I've seen some of those videos of launches at night (when the solar wind lights up everything) and it sure looks like we are burning holes in our ozone layer when we do that.
Just asking you cause you seem somewhat knowledgeable.

This will block all apps from opening. Not what I want.
I don't seem to have that option but just disabling it seems to work. Thanks!
CO2 emissions are still going up every year. I haven't seen any significant effort to stop global warming. When I look around me, I'm not surprised.
People just don't care enough.
They're not immediately affected.
The whole thing about global warming that almost never gets said;
Whole parts of the world that are inhabited now will become uninhabitable.
Or in other words: we're heading towards a giant economic crisis never seen before.
We'll see starvation and overpopulation and disease and of course=> more war!

They usually are in these and tinfoil. I've bitten into the paper many a time as well.
The greatest going by this scale
It's from a British magazine called Country Life. Edition was march 2 2016.

Apparently still a lot of demons around.
Yay I also live in a green yes country, cue Bon Jovi 💪🏿💪🏿

Same for Isaac Hayes (Chef), though less murdered and more natural causes.

I assume they RMA them or bin them. I genuinely don't know, not my department. I think they work with HP because nearly everything is HP.

I remember the cheapest and first gen 2TB HDD's going for €80 around 2010-2011 before the Thailand floods.
