While I agree with the sentiment, my main pushback is that it's important not to assume all of the individuals are at fault (even if they do benefit from the system) when interacting with them.
There are some incredible men out there, fighting for the rights and equality of women, and I commend them for it. Others are complete asshats who don't deserve the time of day, and barely deserve the air they breathe.
To me it's a matter of... Yeah, guys. We know it's not literally all men, but somehow it's always a man.
Ugh, the #NotAllMen bothers me so much in a women's space too.
Like. Dude. We know! We all know that it's not all men. Nobody's trying to say that it is all men.
But it's some of them. So we hold our purses a little tighter and walk faster towards the car in the parking lot at night. So we avoid being out alone when it's dark. So we carry our self defense methods, and we stay wary.
Not because it's all men, but because it's always men.
If the project itself is vibe coded, the author is doing a good job of hiding it. There's some slight lean towards claude-like speak, ("real behavior" and the way some of the readme sounds) but the commit style and comments and such don't immediately trigger the obvious LLM alarms in my head.
That website is definitely vibe coded though. I've seen enough one-shot websites from LLMs while playing around with them to immediately notice the AI website style lol
Girl I'm so envious lmao. I've been in HRT for almost 14 months and I'm nowhere near as passing and as cute as you! Love seeing your posts, your happiness is positively radiant.
That's a super long thread, is there a good summary somewhere for those of us who suffer from "bookmark this for later and then never revisit it" flavors of neurodivergence?
I'm sorry that happened to you, and I hope you're on the path to healing.
I don't think all men are like this
Thankfully, a huge amount are nothing like that. I have a few guy friends that I know I can trust with my whole self, to just be good guys.
The scary part is that too many are like that, and even scarier is that there are even more in a gray area in the middle - ones who wouldn't necessarily act like that, but if a friend did, they'd defend that froend instead of calling out shitty behavior and holding them accountable.
Being trans isn't about sexual orientation, and people can make their games about whatever they want. Let people enjoy things, it's ok if it's not for you.
Honestly as a transfem with mostly social and biochemical dysphoria, but with no bottom dysphoria at all, it makes at least a small amount of sense.
If I can be a girl who wants to keep her OEM dick, then why can't a cis girl want one too?
Same kind of stuff that makes people get a salmacian. People are allowed to want whatever genitals they want, regardless of identity. It just hits weird to think of it that way 🤷♀️
Quiet, you. Moving parts are worth the trade-off sometimes and I will die on that hill. (She said, from her folding phone that has a hinge and bendy screen)
The problem is that they are all wrong enough often enough that they should not even be considered IMHO, but I understand that others feel differently about their usefulness.
It's just referring to the common pattern of history books and information at places like museums erasing gay people by calling them "friends" instead. Including stuff like two men buried together in ways that only married couples would have been in their culture or paintings that show two women very obviously being intimate in some way in a bed being labelled as two "good friends"

Imagine being used to a centralized authority over what your computer does smh
5 months? Only 5 months?!?

As the rare transfem top who has no bottom dysphoria and doesn't plan to lose it ... My spouse and I definitely use it :3

This is me with most Tarantino films. I watched Pulp Fiction and have no idea what actually happened in that movie.

Where is the meme?
My entire life up until last year. Turned out to be biochemical gender dysphoria. Estrogen straight-up fixed it for me.
Me too, I love it when women

AI image detectors are notoriously flawed by the way.
This one is 100% my vote too
