Honestly you may need ADHD meds. I still get a lot of anxiety about social situations but it's much milder since starting meds, and it doesn't come with that adrenaline spike, I think since I already have something providing the dopamine necessary for me to feel like I can handle it. I've found my social anxiety has gone way down since starting stimulants, as well as anxiety caused by executive dysfunction and procrastination. The meds have made me feel way smoother and better regulated.
Also people mistake having no outward signs of emotion for not having any internal struggles either. Just because I shut down when I'm sad or anxious or even angry, but because I'm not visibly freaking out people assume I have no emotions?
I mean it's easy enough to hook a PC up to a tv and use a controller. I don't know why people act like couch gaming is some console exclusive thing that can't be done on PC. I have my PC hooked to the TV and a monitor at my desk so I can use either, and I have wireless controllers for multiplayer/coop games.

And these 'ties' that this researcher supposedly has to the American Kratom Association, a totally grassroots organization that is struggling to compete against professional lawmakers and lobbyists, is that they paid for his airfare and hotel rooms for certain speaking engagements. Fucking pharma reps are out here buying cars and watches and prostitutes for doctors, but he's not allowed to have his plane ride paid for? Get fucked. This is a totally bullshit article regardless how you personally feel about kratom.
It's definitely still way less packaging. Those flimsy bags have way less plastic than the thick ass packages from the grocery store, and that's not even counting all the things that are individually wrapped or have extra packaging like those plastic clamshell containers.
