I think his natural state is stroking.

No, not as a golf joke, I mean I think the guy has at least 5 clots in his brain at all times.

Very hard to talk about the physical health of a morbidly obese octogenarian. But also foolish to think this nightmare ends because Trump's health gets worse.

crunchy@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 22 pts · 332d

But his doctor said he was the healthiest person he'd ever seen. Which is crazy that there's a doctor that's never seen those 80-year-olds that show up to run marathons

Also, in Japan they'd be required to pixelate that neck.

70 years of golfing and he finally has a good stroke.

BigMacHole@sopuli.xyz · 54 pts · 332d (1 reply)

FALSE! Trump is the Most TRANSParent president of ALL TIME even in the WORLD and if he Had A stroke he Would have TOLD Us!

TallonMetroid@lemmy.world · 30 pts · 332d

Did you just call him TRANS?! How dare you besmirch his good name, sir!

boboliosisjones@feddit.nu · 48 pts · 331d (1 reply)

I showed my wife who is a neurology nurse and she didn't think it was a stroke, based on how not all muscles on that side of his face seemed to be limp.

I straight up want him to get locked-in syndrome. That would be a lot more satisfying

SuperApples@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 331d

That's when they'll intern him within the Golden Throne. Henceforth, we shall interpret his will using Trump tarot card NFCs.

optissima@lemmy.ml · 3 pts · 331d

Holy shit it's Gavin Newsome

Berengaria_of_Navarre@lemmy.world · 32 pts · 331d

He tried to have a stroke, but Ivanka slapped his hand away.

He almost looks alive, those photographers and makeup artists really know their stuff.

Linktank@lemmy.today · 19 pts · 332d (1 reply)

It's funny because it seems like both sides are drooping, just one more than the other.

HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 332d

yeah i'm having trouble telling which side too

urheber@discuss.tchncs.de · 15 pts · 331d

First one in days! He's on a good run.

pipe01@programming.dev · 14 pts · 332d (1 reply)

That guy's running on fumes

crank0271@lemmy.world · 11 pts · 332d

"Running" is generous

radiohead37@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 332d

That’s why he disappeared for a while a week ago.

Could be Bell's Palsy. My mom had it once when I was a kid. It makes half of your face sag like that.

Juice@midwest.social · 4 pts · 330d

That's my thought too, he was on fox the next morning and seemed alright though it could have been pre recorded. The ai, or at least ai edited video the wh put out about Kirk's assassination was sus, but I don't think its a stroke

BananaTrifleViolin@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 332d (2 replies)

Could be Bell's Palsy, but is more likely to be a stroke.

you_are_dust@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 331d (1 reply)

Not a doctor but that was my thought too. This is what Jim Ross looked like when he had a Bell's Palsy attack. For those that follow the world of pro wrestling.

My mother had a single episode of BP decades ago when I was in highschool. Went away eventually and never had another. Looked pretty much like that.

jared@mander.xyz · 7 pts · 332d

Or, or, or, he got slapped and it just stuck.

What’re the odds!?

WorldsDumbestMan@lemmy.today · 4 pts · 331d

Maybe his tooth just hurts.

njm1314@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 332d (8 replies)

If he really had a stroke I doubt he could have given that interview the other day on Fox and Friends.

HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 332d

i mean if you get the meds right then when the ministroke is happening, like right at the ideal time, you can do okay.

In a week and a half?

Brunbrun6766@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 332d

If a stroke is tended to quick enough it IS possible to recover with more or less no damage, even avoiding the hemiplegia (what you see with the drooping). Looks to me like he was very quickly resuscitated and made it out with this mild hemiplegia (which also explains the fishy video the other day that seems to have a filter over his face etc etc.)

bus_factor@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 332d

He could barely talk to begin with, so there's less to recover.

Some Botox and some amphetamines can probably do quite a bit.

I mean apparently not, since nothing has come out of it / he didn't look like that afterwards anymore

Mother nature doesn't care about optics.

Hopefully he succumbs to his health soon.
