Those grown adults are Nazis within the republican party. They're being defended by the republican party for being Nazis, specifically as JD Vance put it: "Kids will be kids".
Which is to say that every child near the age of 30 is allowed to be a Nazi.
Oh good grief. 'Vermont state senator Samuel Douglass announced his resignation on October 17, 2025, stating, "Offense was taken and people were hurt, so I will mend bridges to the best of my ability"...'
So many weasel words - not "I gave offence", not "I hurt people". What an absolute arse.
Vance is only 41. I don't think anyone should call someone else a "kid", unless they are young enough to actually be their kid. Also, none of these people are couches.
The actual Nazis were nothing but hypocrites themselves. Propaganda did a good job of only showing the elite troops, but not every Nazi supporter looked like a buff soldier with a strong jawline. Most of them looked like normal people living normal 1930s lives, bad teeth, malnourished, scarred by measles and what not. They were telling themselves that their Aryan ancestry made them superior despite their obvious flaws, it's the traditional Nazi coping mechanism.
And keep in mind it wouldn't make their ideology any more right if they all looked like demigods. The problem isn't them not conforming to their own ideals, it's the violent oppression justified by those ideals.
I don't usually like judging a person by their appearance, but since I have literal proof that their insides match their outsides, I feel as though I'm in the clear.
