It also discussed the idea of "the perfect victim", where women essentially get the blame in a two-sides issue. IIUC Heard was barely upper middle class, and Depp has an enormous pool of wealth. There's a clear power imbalance here.
Thirdly, and this goes back to the "I'm not on either side" part, the less you know the more susceptible you are to the organised campaign against Heard. That's why people do these memes. That's why I ended with: well if it's both sides are bad, then why is Depp somehow beloved and forgiven and Heard is still mocked several years later?
Or you know we can not pass around the myth of "mutual abuse" with no evidence just because Heard is kind of a shitty person in general and doesnt respond "correctly".

None of this has anything to do with my comment about the justice system, which was in response to yours asking about the verdict, compensation, etc. as though those things mean truth. I don’t believe they do mean truth; I’ve had personal limited experience suggesting otherwise and there are plenty of cases that have ruined people’s lives that were later overturned.

I remember reading about this. The dog is feeling quite vulnerable while doing it's business, and so it's looking at you, the pack leader for assurances. It's seeing if you're standing watch properly, and looking at you to see if you're stressed or alerted.
I have actually wondered this from the beginning. I feel like if I hung out with either of them separately over a beer, I would think the other one is crazy.
Its funny how this debate is all one way or the other. What if they are both narcissistic shitheads? I don't know either one of them and have no reason to think they are not both shitty people.
