It cost my boyfriend $652 for the diagnosis, not including medication. That's with health insurance in the USA. It's a lot of money, but at least it wasn't in the thousands.
Edit: I'm sorry everyone. I thought I was in the ADHD topic. Didn't mean to give out misinformation.
Then you actually get there, whatever "there" was for you, a job, a certain amount of money, a certain lifestyle
The problem for a lot of us, is that we'll never get there.
My boyfriend's only goal when he was young was to grow up and have a house and a family. He was never married, his daughter is dead, and he's never going to be able to afford a home without a lottery win.
So he's going through the motions, going to a job he hates just to afford rent, knowing he's never going to achieve the things he wanted most.
You might have been doing something work-related on your phone. There's no plausible deniability of that if you're crocheting.
I have the same problem. I can't read a book or knit in the office, even if there's downtime. Because the higher-ups can't know there's downtime. It's our disgusting corporate culture that's stopping me.
The answer for 4 down is a word I've never heard before. Maybe it's... British? Australian? Idk. It's not used in the USA as far as I know.
Fred. No reason. Giving off Fred vibes.

No shade. It's a weird word.

Not compatible with Verizon. :(
Murder She Wrote memes always get an upvote.
Edit to add: From Season 9, Episode 11, final scene of that episode.
No, it's Supergirl's dog, who is cute, then possibly dying, so they are non-sexy awws (either adorable or sadness awws, depending).
"Congratulations on winning the lottery! Here's your check for $300 million dollars!"
I can't tell if this is supposed to be the pros or cons of being single. Maybe it's both, depending on the day, and your mood.
These look like TNG uniforms to me.

Aren't these called "Nutty Buddy"? Am I crazy? Or is this a different countries have different names for it thing?
Require reading bible text in schools? Gross. Are they going to be graded on how "correct" their interpretations are?
Actually reading the bible is a surefire way to make more atheists though, which Texas could use more of.
Plus, the more you make something mandatory, the more kids will hate it.
House isn't autistic. He's brilliant, but in constant pain and taking it out on anyone and everyone around him.

They're in that order for me today.
You can fight the authoritarian power of the HOA! All you need is:
The ability to afford a home. (I'm down at the first hurdle.)
$60,000 in legal fees to end up settling with the HOA.
This country sucks so bad.
Not necessarily. My 4-door sedan holds 18 gallons. It's 12 years old now. Maybe they're making them smaller now.
