Appears this may be a white sturgeon, which can grow to 20ft long, 1000 pounds. Apparently they can leap about 10 foot out of the water, so yeah I guess this smaller one must of busted a move (a people mover that is)
That's not a real fish, it's a model/statue. There's a loop at the tail end, and there's no way it would be sticking straight up if it were real. It would be limp,

Definitely a sturgeon can't really tell what type but we can assume it is from the unintended states sw we can call it the U.S. Sturgeon General.
