They, the adl, monitor Internet traffic for things that could be potentially dangerous for Israel and then forward that to law enforcement. There certainly is overlap there but the headline totally misconstrues what is being said in the video. I am by no means a fan of Israel or the United States but there are plenty of real actual things to be upset about. No need to muddy the waters with statements like this. israel has been a menace since its inception. it was well-known how much havoc they caused in the middle east. i'd even go as far as to say that the middle east would be a completely normal country today, at the level of organization of italy, spain or greece, if it hadn't constant been bombed over and over again. and at the center of it all is israel. it's quite amazing to think about how much harm they've caused.
and why? because of fossil fuels. the middle east is the biggest source of liquid/gaseous fossil fuels. which the US uses as a basis of its entire industry. so there's the motive.
and now, with renewable energy on the horizon, these fuels are projected to not be needed much longer, so there's no reason to uphold israel anymore, which nobody liked anyways because they're toxic af. so that's why the news about all the cruelties are now allowed to slip through, into public consciousness.

and now, with renewable energy on the horizon, these fuels are projected to not be needed much longer, so there's no reason to uphold israel anymore, which nobody liked anyways because they're toxic af. so that's why the news about all the cruelties are now allowed to slip through, into public consciousness.
at least that's how i explain it to myself. why else would the news only make the rounds today? the cruelties have been ongoing for decades.

The mentality of genocide warranting genocide is exactly what the Nazis used to psuedo-justify their bigotry (against those they scapegoated for sabotaging them in WWI). That same mentality is used now to psuedo-justify Zionism because of the Holocaust. Zionists are like Nazis; but Zionists do not vindicate Nazis.

I absolutely did not mean to legitimize any genuine anti-Semitism. Idk about the source comment but I am arguing quite the opposite. Genocide is always wrong. The Holocaust was an atrocity. Israeli's terrorism in Palestine is an atrocity.
I am objecting to the idea that Israeli aggression can be written off a reaction or response to the Holocaust. Israeli aggression is done because Israel deems it strategic for political reasons; and because IDF soldiers (many of which source from the UK and USA) are eager to enlist for financial and racist reasons.
