South Africa. Might be eligible for UK citizenship though thanks to a recent-ish change that allows maternal ancestry (how progressive of them), just need the funds to get that ball rolling. And I missed out on Dutch citizenship because my father had to be the only one of his siblings born in South Africa and not the Netherlands.

Life in the desert is nice, basically infinite hiking. I do a different trail every week, usually around 5 miles or so. I've got a big 13 mile loop planned with some friends soon, I'm excited.
From Norway. Lived in a handful of countries the last decade or so. Probably going back to Norway this summer. Always a bigger culture shock than going abroad.
