Delicious when prepared right. I ate good, excellent and rubbish haggis. Rubbish was just oats, barely anything else or let alone flavour. Must have been made according to an English recipe 😈
Arroz Mexicano (literally Mexican rice). It's simple and quick to make but the flavor is vibrant and comforting at the same time. And if you top it with a fried egg (slightly less traditional) then it's a full hearty meal!

Gumbo. Usually I put chicken and sausage in it, but if I can get some good shrimp and crab, that's the tops.

And fried onions and sour cream.
All cooked up in enough butter to drown a small child.

My homeland has a delicacy called pork roll that I enjoy very much. I bring some back with me every time I visit.

It's called Taylor Ham, you cretin!
Jokes aside, a breakfast bagel sandwich is truly a wonderful thing to behold. Had one with whitefish and scallion cream cheese this morning myself.

Shouldn't it be a traditional dish we love to make?

Make or eat. Honestly, there are some traditional foods I love to eat but I don't want to make them myself because they're time consuming.

No. You're the only one who's ever liked a traditional dish.
