Guten tag, if I may, while it's normal for ratatouille to have some liquid left over in the process, this one seems just a touch watery, maybe try letting it cook without the lid for a while towards the end.
His name is Remy and that's what the other rats call him. Linguini calls him little chef because they can't actually speak to one another and therefore he can't tell him his actual name.

Fun fact: technically the dish in the movie is called Confit Byaldi, not a "real" ratatouille (which is just a stew)
