That land is shared between Monaco, Liechtenstein, San Marino, and Andorra. They all control all of it simultaneously. As such, everyone speaks Catalan, French, German and Italian (so, 100% of the population is quadralingual). Also, it's the richest territory in the world with a GDP per capita bigger than that of the rest of Europe combined. Because of this, everyone is a millionaire, and 20% of the population is a billionaire.

So what's it called? Macroland (because it's massive compared to the micronations that control it). Also, everything in between the parentheses is part of the name.
